The common architectural element in all of the service sectors Frank has worked in; is what he calls the architectural practice of “Assembly Architecture”; where it is defined as spaces or buildings deal with the occupancy of a large number of patrons at a given time and understanding the servicing factors, the control and management of their life safety and the flow of patrons and their experience within the space or building.

Starting in 2006, Frank established FAnderson, LLC to provide “Owner’s Representative/ Project Management; and/or Construction Management” services with a Project Specific Management focus on Contracts, Pre-design and Construction Administration/Closeout.

What a Project Manager Does?

Since project management is at its core a process of leading a team of people to perform their best in support of a common goal, leadership is among the most important thing he/she does.  The manager brings their leadership and experience to the owner’s team to help avoid problems.  The manager organizes and coordinates the work of the many participants, making their work more efficient.  The manager helps the team plan the project, documents that plan, and then oversees its members while they execute the plan.  He/She manages the schedule, ensuring each team member's efforts are as productive and efficient as possible; he/she monitors spending against the budget, and forecasts the cost of the uncompleted work to anticipate cost problems; and he/she keeps the owner's team informed on progress and issues.  He/She generally helps each team member do his or her job well, steering them in the right direction.

Since 2006, FAnderson, LLC's office is primarily headquartered in the City of Fort Lauderdale, FL. The firm is a wholly independent, certified small business enterprise, located in Broward County as a Federal HUBZone firm and also is a Broward County, FL-registered County Business Enterprise (CBE) and Small Business Enterprise (SBE).
